11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the LivNLife App shall be exclusively resolved in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida or, if federal jurisdiction is not applicable, in the Miami-Dade County Circuit Court.
By using the App, you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
